Ernest Race Flamingo Chair

Ernest Race continued to investigate new manufacturing processes with the Flamingo and Heron chairs, with the Flamingo winning a Design Centre Award in 1959 due to its skilful use of modern materials. The Flamingo differs to the Heron in the position of the legs and offered fixed seat cushion more suitable to commercial settings.

The Ernest Race Flamingo Chair features as part of the 'Ernest Race Heritage Collection' is available with either black or white turned steel legs or wooden legs. Also available is the Flamingo sofa (which can be found here).
