When leading insurance co. First Title needed to move their head office from Bromley to a new purpose built floor in Sevenoaks they used the opportunity to fully review their workplace requirements for both now and the future. With close consultation with the management team Think Furniture set about a process of working from desktop outward to ensure a highly organized but also ergonomic workplace for both individual users as well as breakout spaces for small team briefings and collaboration. The finished scheme was very well received, so much so, that we were then invited to complete a similar refresh for their high profile London office.

Work.Place.Create the brief was to help achieve a high end office with a 'hollywood feel' to both inspire employees but also ensure visitors had a positive experience. Whilst the look/feel was important, so was the requirement to ensure maximum flexibility to allow for future expansion, but also ensure an environment that would attract and retain quality personnel.

With close collaboration with Uberraum Architects Think Furniture were set to create a sustainable and ergonomic workplace in their headquarter office, 13 stories above Paddington station. The new space maintains a serene atmosphere with a biophilic eco system, living wall, and natural materials ensuring a green space beating in the heart of London.
