Celebrating Partnerships, One Wave at a Time: Think Furniture’s Supplier Beach Day 2025
We have always been proud of the customer service we provide. But it wouldn’t be possible without the support of the suppliers.
On the 03rd of July 2025, Think Furniture decided to step away from emails and spreadsheets and head to the coast of Margate to celebrate the connection and collaboration with people who have helped us keep the supply chain strong and thriving.
The day was all about connection. With no formal agenda or PowerPoints involved, gazebos turned into networking spaces, and chats over a pint became deep dives into shared goals. It was refreshing—literally and figuratively—to see familiar faces in a new light.

ROUNDERS: A THROWBACK HIT
One of the main highlights of the day? A friendly game of rounders.
Teams were formed, rules explained (and mostly followed), and the game kicked off with plenty of enthusiasm. It was a chance for everyone to enjoy some friendly competition and a bit of exercise between snacks.
There were great hits, surprising catches, a lot of cheering, and a debate (still ongoing) about which team actually won.

BLINDMAN’S BALLS?
Later in the afternoon, an impromptu game brought a whole new layer of laughter: Blindman’s Balls.
Using the same teams from rounders, half the players were blindfolded while their teammates guided them using only verbal instructions. The goal? Help your blindfolded partner locate randomly scattered balls across a marked area—without stepping out of bounds.
The result? Total chaos, lots of shouting, some questionable directions (“Left! No, my left!”), and tons of shared laughter. It was silly, unexpected, and surprisingly tiring.

FISH & CHIPS BY THE SEA
The perfect way to end the games was with a seaside staple: freshly cooked fish and chips.
Served hot, it was the perfect complement to the setting—a nostalgic touch that sparked conversations and satisfied appetites. There’s just something about sharing a classic meal outdoors that works every time.

THANK YOU TO ALL
Events like this remind us that strong partnerships aren’t just built in boardrooms or over email alone—they’re built through shared experience, honest conversation, and mutual respect.
We’re grateful to everyone who made time to attend, contribute, and be fully present. Your collaboration and continued partnership mean a lot—not just to our team, but to the future of the work we do together.
Here’s to more moments like this—and to the stronger relationships they help create.
