The first version of the Potence wall lamp was designed for Jean Prouve's home in the 1940s with simplistic form and complex functionality. This pure function driven design was produced in a range of sizes with the larger models gaining a handle to facilitate the swivel movement. Petit Potence was manufactured for smaller interiors though it has similar proportions to the larger model Potence, its reductive aesthetic makes it the perfect lighting choice for a wide variety of settings; dining, living rooms, offices or cafés.
