Vitra CYL Tables & Seating
Designed by Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec and unveiled at the 2016 'Orgatec' design show in Cologne; CYL from Vitra is a system consisting of both tables & seating options, featuring a shared aesthetic.
Made from natural solid wood the CYL range all share a contemporary minimalist look & feel, boasting clean smooth lines.
The CYL tables can be linked together and also come with the option to add screens, enabling users to create a modern office workspace environment. The sofas are available with side and back panels in various height options.
Ronan Bouroullec himself said: “Cyl was originally conceived for the home as a table program, but soon we sensed the potential to turn it into a system with a larger range of typologies. It was an important step to realize that its domestic qualities are interesting in the office landscape. I think the simplicity of Cyl responds to a demand for clarity and fosters a welcoming atmosphere in the office world.”
