We ship to UK main-land only. For shipping to Europe (or beyond) we offer a special product service,please contact us for more information. We also allow for multiple addresses, if applicable please select this option when checking out.

Some products have their own specific shipping rates that do not come under the flat rate. These should be clearly specified on the product information pages.  Total delivery charges appear on the shopping cart and checking out pages.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Usually delivery time will be between 2-4 weeks.

Please also note that the shipping rates for some of the items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound or kilogram. On some products the courier or shipping is based on volumetric rates so please call or mail if you have any doubts on the correct costs.

You can track your delivery by logging on to the Think Furniture website and click onto the order status option in the top left hand corner.

When your order is accepted the confirmation email that we send to you will provide details of the arrangements for delivery or collection of your specified goods. Where a supplier is prevented from providing the goods or service due to circumstances beyond its control (ie force majeure) then the period for delivery shall be postponed until such circumstance is resolved.
